Ninh Thuan has a new urban area of ​​more than 9,000 residents

(PLO)- Dam Ca Ca new urban area in Ninh Thuan province is expected to have more than 9,000 residents with a self-contained synchronous and convenient infrastructure system.

On July 8, ACT Holdings JSC kicked off the project of new urban area Dam Ca Na (Ca Na New City) in Phuoc Diem and Ca Na communes of Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province.

According to ACT Holdings Joint Stock Company, the Dam Ca Na new urban area project is implemented on an area of ​​more than 64 hectares, with a total construction density of about 30% designed to optimize use.

At the same time, the landscape is planned to create unique and vivid perspectives with many types of shophouses, townhouses, villas, hotels, luxury apartments, social housing… The project has a total investment of more than 4,500 billion VND.

Kieu Anh Tuan, General Director of ACT Holdings Joint Stock Company, said that the project is located along provincial road 701 connecting to Ca Na general port, LNG gas power plant complex, Ca Na industrial park.

This is expected to be an ideal and comfortable place to live for more than 9,000 residents; at the same time, exploiting the advantages of real estate, urban areas to serve people, experts, and many development potentials of the southern key economic region of Ninh Thuan province.

The project is expected to be completed and put into use in December 2027.
