Forbes Middle East magazine published a report, in which it monitored a list of nine billionaires who all reside in the UAE.

For his part, the retail tycoon, Miki Jagtiani (71 years old), is the biggest gainer on the list, after his wealth increased by $1.9 billion since 2022, so that his net worth in 2023 will be about $5.2 billion. According to Forbes Middle East, Jagtiani worked as a taxi driver in London before moving to Bahrain, opening a store selling baby products in 1973, and then his business flourished to become the Landmark Group, headquartered in Dubai.

And “Forbes Middle East” mentioned the Indian billionaire Ravi Pillai, who founded the (RP Group) group of companies to achieve revenues amounting to $ 7.8 billion in the construction sector. The net worth in 2023 is about $3.2 billion.

For his part, billionaire Sunny Varkey (66 years old) heads the “GEMS Education Group”, which is the largest school management group, with a net worth in 2023 of about three billion dollars.

The magazine drew attention to the founder and chairman of the “Burjeel Holding Group”, Shamsher Vayalil, with a net worth in 2023 of $ 2.2 billion.
