“Nine-Day Weather Forecast for South China: High Temps & Heavy Showers Predicted”

The latest “nine-day weather forecast” of the Hong Kong Observatory mentioned that due to the influence of high-altitude anticyclones, the weather along the coast of South China will improve and be hot in the next one or two days; but by next Sunday (7th) and Monday (8th), a trough of low pressure will be South China brings heavy showers and squally thunderstorms.

The Observatory predicts that tomorrow (3rd) there will be sunshine for a short period of time, and there will be showers in some areas; at night there will be mist along the coast, and the temperature will range from 23 to 27 degrees; as for the next day (4th), there will be sunshine for part of the time, and there will be mist along the coast in the morning. Temperatures will rise to 29 degrees.

Next Sunday (7th), southern China will be affected by a trough of low pressure. It is predicted that it will be cloudy that day, with occasional showers and squally thunderstorms, and the temperature will range from 23 to 27 degrees.
