The long building, located at 122 route de Sauve at the KGD (Kick Grapping Dojo) sign, houses several sports disciplines: Karate Mix, Shindokai, Kick-Boxing K1 and Pilates, Fitness, Bodybuilding, Cardio-training. An open place, says its manager Bruno Adiletto, since 2011.
The young students of Shindokai, a martial art of Japanese origin, have experienced difficult training over the past two years. “Due to the health crisis, training sometimes took place outdoors. The young people prepared for the Shindokaï French Cup two years in a row in vain. The competition was canceled at the last moment when means of transport and hotels were This year, the athletes were able to travel to Nice on March 12 and 13 for this event: the results were excellent”, says Bruno Adiletto, very proud of his athletes!
On the list: two gold medals for Noa Thome, 10 years old (youngest), and Ibrahim Ararbi, 18 years old (expert); a silver medal for Guillaume Penchart, 17 (junior); two bronze medals for Leo Callejon, 8 years old (pupil), and Baptiste Fernandez Dupouy, 8 years old (pupil); the best fighter cup for Tanguy Desgranges, 18; Charles and Pierre Louis Bessodes and Mathieu Duva also took part in this sporting event.
All have been training since August, for eight months, for this competition. The young Noa, gold medalist, admits to feeling “proud! It’s not only thanks to me, it’s thanks to my teacher Bruno, thanks to Brahim, Tanguy and Guillaume, who always push me to go further.”
