In its press release, the Eiffel Tower company recalls the dimensions of this site, which includes strong brands such as Lidl, Aldi, Biocoop; etc. : “This sale concerns a real estate complex divided into four buildings, totaling an area of ​​more than 18,000 m², including 14,000 m² of shops and approximately 4,000 m² of offices, as well as more than 500 outdoor parking spaces. Acquired in 2009, the shopping center has recently been rehabilitated.”

The site is very popular opposite the Arche Botti, the Actiparc Georges-Besse and along the very busy Boulevard Allende.
