Two women from Nîmes have created a concept offering to try on their wedding dress, not in a store but in an apartment dedicated to this purpose.
The idea germinated in the head of Camille and Lucile, two women from Nîmes who were still working in communication a few months ago. But when Camille got married she realized that there was something to improve on when it came to purchasing the dress. So the two friends embark on the adventure and they decide to create “The Brides Apartment”. Located at 7 avenue Jean-Jaurès, a few steps from the Jardins de la Fontaine where so many couples take wedding photos, the 90 m2 showroom offers a selection of models of wedding dresses from major brands as well as models from French designers.
Nicely decorated and warm, the “Bride’s Apartment” offers future brides a space allowing them to try on the dresses in complete privacy but in the company of their loved ones. By appointment only, wedding dress fittings take place for 1h30 to 2h, in private rooms. The two Nîmes also offer shoes, jewelry, accessories and lingerie. After a complicated year 2020 with the health crisis, the summer of 2021 could well be that of the mass return of weddings to the delight of Camille and Lucile.
