Nîmes, capital of Gard, capital of Crocos, reboussiers, brandade and probably many other things. What is irritating is that past the Vidourle, others tell you that this “flagship city” effect has its limits. Ditto on the other side of the Rhône, where Provence has its roots, we are quickly relegated to the status of friendly neighbor. The colorful kind, which speaks loudly and feasts just as loudly.

But at the start of spring, Nîmes stands out in the capital. Yes the real one, the big one, the one with the particular smells of garbage cans! And when we highlight Nîmes in Paris, we can’t say that there isn’t a rat. On the contrary, to promote the feria (P. 6), there were many of them, ready to show their aficion. It remains to be seen, however, how the invited Parisian press will relay the upcoming holiday events. As for the art students working in Nîmes (opposite), their success will be somewhat ours. We hope to see this beautiful exhibition one day in the capital (of the Gard).
