The 43-year-old was heading to a grocery store in the Mas de Mingue area of Nîmes.
The incidents happened shortly after 1am on Monday. A 43-year-old man walks to a grocery store at night. He is arrested by the Bac (Anti-Crime Brigade) who conducts an alcohol test. This turns out to be positive with 0.44 mg/L.
That’s not all: the forty-year-old man is carrying a strange, rather heavy bag. Inside: about twenty cartridges of shisha tobacco of different brands, perfume, 20 cartridges of 10 packs of 50 g, an open cartridge of 9 packs, an Opinel knife and counting sheets.
The man was taken into custody.
