Chef Philippe Etchebest will visit the restaurants selected for filming, and will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. The concept of this entertainment program is to put the talent of this media figure of French cuisine at the service of restaurants that wish to improve. The scenes shot will depend on the issues specific to the restaurant.
Any type of cuisine is welcome, as long as it is a restaurant with table service, in the area of Nîmes and its agglomeration.
Filming dates will take place throughout the year, depending on the dates of the applications. Restaurant owners wishing to have their table featured in an episode of Cauchemar en cuisine are invited to contact the M6 casting department.
