The other day, the 48-year-old dancer Nikolai Tsiskaridze again made headlines, speaking unflatteringly about his colleagues on television Maxim Galkin (recognized as a foreign agent by decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation) and Andrei Malakhov. According to the former soloist of the Bolshoi Theater, in the world it occupies a slightly different position. Naturally, such arrogant claims did not go unnoticed. However, Nikolai Maksimovich himself continues to persist. In an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets, Tsiskaridze talked about his work in the theater, admitting along the way that his mother had once made a big mistake.

“Mom intimidated me, but then I told her that she made a mistake: she didn’t show me life behind the scenes. It was later that I realized that behind the scenes it was even worse, that it’s not fantastic creatures that live there, but bastards. I loved to resist my mother in everything, we were very different people: if she asked for something, I did the opposite, ”says the artist.

According to Tsiskaridze, only after some time did he realize that in all the parent’s words there was a worldly experience, which he lacked at that moment. However, Nikolai Maksimovich emphasizes, you don’t get there right away – this is the well-known paradox. Now Tsiskaridze himself is trying to share this same experience with other people. Sure, his students are the luckiest.

“As for my students, I don’t feel sorry for them. Pity, in my opinion, is the most disgusting feeling. This is a humiliation. And this is a profession that does not need squishies, weaklings and whiners. Crying is a weakness and I don’t have time for that. I can accept today’s loss, a lost battle is not a war. And I will win the war, ”the Channel One host assures.
