Niko Saarinen’s brand new home is being renovated in Kotoisa.

Professionals do not immediately understand why they have been asked Native to tonight’s destination.
It is a triangle of apartment buildings located in a new development, all surfaces of which are brand new.
– You can actually move in here. This is a finished apartment. Everything is fine here, really, interior designer Seija Strand says.
– What are we doing here? Really, he asks.
Building contractor Vilja Schepel agrees.
– The apartment is completely torn apart. In very good condition, brand new.

The apartment torn from the freezer is owned by presenter Niko Saarinen, who has lived at his new address for three months at the time of filming. He needs help, because the home doesn’t feel like his own. It is impersonal and soulless. Of course, both Seija and Vilja understand that.
– The apartment is really loud, as new buildings usually are. They are made keeping in mind that they are suitable for everyone, Vilja explains.
And although everything is new and great, in Niko’s opinion, the apartment also has flaws. The island runs out, so does the wine cabinet and storage space – even in the bathroom. Ceiling lamps have not been installed at all.
Seija and Vilja put everything in order and also change the bathroom fixtures. The goal is still to save as much as possible.
– This is too neat and in good condition to be blown up, Seija analyzed, but something still needs to be done.
– If I don’t touch anything, there is no change at all.
MTV3
There will be small bumps along the way, although there is not much to repair this time. It certainly has its merits, as Vilja noted.
– You don’t always have to blow up everything to get a new feeling. We did it very lightly and saved a lot of money.
