The police had enough to do on Sunday night, the first night after the community was reopened on Saturday.
Just before midnight, the police stopped a car in Kirkegårdsveien in Tromsø. The driver appeared to be under the influence, and was reported for driving under the influence of drugs.

A little later, a car drove off the road in Holtbakken in Tromsø. The driver of the car got out of the vehicle and got home to himself. The driver of the car did not have a valid driver’s license, and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, and was consequently reported for the affair.
