The Night of Ice Rinks was organized by the Hungarian Ice Hockey Association yesterday, January 20, across the country. Several associations and departments from our region – including the Municipal Sports Association Dunakeszi – joined the program series.
The VSD ice hockey department welcomed winter sports fans, including both young and old, from 6 to 9 p.m. The event was a huge success, as the VSD ice rink was “running” with a full house throughout. DY Youknow entertained the athletes in the Alagi út ice hall.
The Hungarian Ice Hockey Association organized the Night of the Ice Rinks for the eighth time, the fact that the event was chosen as the leisure sports event of the year in 2023 is a good indication of its popularity.
Tens of thousands of people pull on skates all over the country at this time, and it was the same this year: on January 20, you could skate, have fun, relax, and party at nearly forty ice rinks, because there were additional programs and activities at several locations.
