Two municipalities in the Dnipropetrovsk region – Nikopol and Markhanets – they were bombed at nightannounced the head of the regional military administration, Valentin Reznichenko.

According to Reznichenko the bombing caused several fires, but now they are extinct. Nearly 30 skyscrapers and private homes, an industrial plant, cars, several gas pipelines and power lines were also damaged. More than 1,500 families were left without electricity.
