NIEL, PIGASSE AND ZOUARI HAVE RAISED € 300 MILLION FOR THEIR SPAC

PARIS (Reuters) – Xavier Niel, Matthieu Pigasse and Moez-Alexandre Zouari announced Monday that they had raised 300 million euros for their “SPAC”, 2MX Organic, intended to carry out acquisitions in the production and distribution of durable consumer goods .
The final size of the offer is 30 million shares at a unit price of 10 euros.
“In view of the very strong demand from leading investors, in France and abroad, the initial offer has been increased following the full exercise of the extension clause”, it is written in a statement.
The three partners, who announced on November 29 the launch of this “Special Purpose Acquisition Company”, aim to build a leading European player in responsible and sustainable consumption by taking advantage of the surge in consumer demand for organic products. .
