Like any self-respecting beizadea, Nicu Ceaușescu, the son of the dictator couple Nicolae and Elena Ceaușescu, had a terrible love life. Basically, he liked whoever he wanted, because, when he was on his heels, all he had to do was make a few phone calls to “serve”. But since 1985, Nicu Ceaușescu also had a “stable” lover, who gave him a shoulder on which the “prince” could cry when he had problems.

After 1989, in the midst of revolutionary upheaval, many of the women who passed Nicu Ceaușescu had to report “the undersigned” to the police, as the new power try to get as much information as possible from their family life.

One of them was Nicușor’s girlfriend, Daniela Vlădescu, who was examined on January 4, 1990. From her statements, it seems that the two began to form a couple starting in 1985.

“I answered yes, but I was sure this wouldn’t happen,” the woman said during the investigation.

He complained about the relationship with Nicolae and Elena

But in the middle of November 1985, Daniela was called on the phone by Nicu Ceausescu, who suggested going for a walk.

“He came and picked me up from home in the Renault and we walked for about an hour and a half on the main streets of Bucharest, when we talked about it,” said the woman.

At that time, Nicu Ceaușescu was admitted to have a strained relationship with his parents, none other than Nicolae and Elena Ceaușescu. They did not allow him to have friends, because everyone who came into contact with him was taken out of the family, sent to live in the province.

After two months, Nicu Ceaușescu looked again for Daniela, and in January 1986, around the middle of the month, “the prince” he visited him at home, after attending Nicolae Ceaușescu’s birthday.

It was the decisive meeting, because Daniela, according to her own statements, accepted that Nicu Ceaușescu would stay with her.

The relationship between the two was spent, however, very carefully. “Nicu Ceausescu told me that we belong to different worlds, with the feeling that, despite our feelings, we will never be able to be together because of the prejudice of his family”, Daniela Vlădescu also said .

Her disappointment was great when she found out that Nicu Ceaușescu was cheating on her, even with big names from Romania. One by one, she found out about her lover’s betrayal, and then they decided to end their relationship.

In the 90s it was confirmed by liver cirrhosis, and in 1992 he was released.
