Nicolas Verastegui has been appointed Director of External and International Relations for Quest Education Group, which operates the Gaming Campus (Business, Art, Tech) and Guardia Cybersecurity School higher education schools in Lyon and Paris.
During his career, Nicolas Verastegui has held several key positions in higher education in North America and Europe. He was notably responsible for the international office at the University of Ottawa for 8 years, where he managed the student mobility service, as well as responsible for student services at the University of London.
In France, he was campus director for SAE Institute for 7 years, where he led large-scale projects such as campus expansion and commercial policy deployment. He also developed and led a campus go-to-market strategy for the IU International University of Applied Sciences.
A graduate of Paris Diderot University (Master in International Relations), holder of a bachelor’s degree from Carleton University and a certificate in international education from Queens University, Nicolas Verastegui joined Quest Education Group to enrich the student and s ensuring relevant employability for students from all of the group’s higher education schools.
Its mission revolves around 4 strategic axes: corporate & institutional partnerships, the career center, international relations and relations with alumni. He also joined the management committee of Quest Education Group in order to contribute to the group’s strategic decisions.
