Nicolás Oxman is a lawyer, Doctor of Criminal Law from the University of Valencia, Interuniversity Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice System, Jaume I University and Master’s Degree in Criminal Law from the University of Talca.
He is a researcher at the University of San Sebastián and a professor of criminal law at the same university. Previously, he was Professor of Criminal Law at the Andrés Bello University, Central University of Chile and Director of the Master’s Degree in Criminal Law at the same university.
He has been a professor of criminal law at the University of Talca, the Autonomous University and the Santo Tomás University. He has lectured in postgraduate programs at the Central University, the University of Talca, the Universidad Mayor and the Universidad Católica del Norte.
In addition to being a litigation attorney, he is the author of several books on Criminal Law such as “Systems of Subjective Imputation in Criminal Law: the Anglo-American Model”, and of more than thirty articles published in national and international indexed journals, he is also been an exponent where he participated in various seminars in Chile and abroad.
