It is noteworthy that Nicolas Moawad recently revealed to FilFan.com the behind the scenes of his obtaining the role of Omar Khayyam in the series “The Assassins”, scheduled to be shown in the Ramadan 2024 season.
Nicholas Moawad said that the series “The Assassins” was offered to him last year to be presented in the 2023 season, but he apologized for it due to its connection to filming the series “The Price” in Turkey, and when the series was postponed to Ramadan 2024, he was offered the work again and he immediately agreed.
He added: “I was very upset last year, but I apologized for the series, explaining that he loved working with director Peter Mimi and was very happy with this series.”
Regarding his cooperation with the star Karim Abdel Aziz, Nicholas Moawad said: “All my life I have loved his work and I would love to work with him in addition to the production company Synergy.”
Nicolas Moawad embodies the character of Omar Khayyam in the series, and about this matter he said: “This character we all loved and knew and left a very big impact, and this role holds me with a certain responsibility, and this is the nature of the artist when he embodies a historical figure.”
