New to the landscape of Ligue 1 club presidents, Nicolas Holveck, executive president of Stade Rennais, does not hesitate to speak up during this period of health crisis.
From his enthronement and once the file of the management of the Coronavirus crisis in hand, Nicolas Holveck pronounced a principle on the official website of the club: solidarity. “We have to protect everyone. We will always play together no matter what,” he said.

Inevitably, as in the normal economic world, the biggest companies get by and the smallest find themselves in difficulty. However, we need everyone to play football. We cannot play with a few clubs. “That’s why we shouldn’t reason by club. We’re all in the same boat. We need everyone.”
It is from his home in the South of France that Nicolas Holveck, appointed this week Executive Chairman of the SRFC, took charge of the 1st files with the priority of managing the COVID-19 crisis.

“We must remain united, grouped, and save everyone”
