Nicol Kremers Accuses Ex Peter Gillis of Coercion in Seizing Her Accounts

Nicol Kremers is again reporting her ex Peter Gillis. Kremers states that she was forced to sign a so-called settlement agreement, which means that her ex can now seize her private accounts.

The Public Prosecution Service (OM) confirmed the report on Monday after questions from it AD.

On Saturday it was announced that Gillis may seize the private accounts of his ex-girlfriend for 104,000 euros. The Massa is Kassastar actually wanted to see about 1.7 million euros from Kremers because she had spoken negatively about him in interviews.

That amount would arise from a so-called settlement agreement that Gillis and Kremers signed when they ended their relationship in February of this year. A judge decided that the amount that Gillis can seize because of his ex’s negative statements is 104,000 euros.

Kremers stilt now that she had to sign the agreement under duress and was not given access. Because of the coercion, the agreement would be void. On Tuesday, Kremers’ management announced that it does not intend to pay the fine.

Gillis and Kremers are now also involved in a criminal case against the reality star. Justice suspects Gillis of biting Kremers on her back and nose, among other things. Kremers has reported more than ten assaults. She also filed a report because of threats from the entrepreneur.
