Nicky Romero will give his first solo show at AFAS Live in Amsterdam on December 2. The 34-year-old DJ, who will then also tour other venues in different countries, sees this as a childhood dream come true.
In the show, titled NightvisionRomero shows and hears his vision of night culture and the dance industry.
“I have been playing with the interpretation and elaboration of this concept for a long time,” says Romero. “A solo show of this size has been on my bucket list for a long time.”
During the show, the DJ plays well-known music, but also new songs. A number of guest artists will also perform. Who they are will be announced at a later date.
Interested parties can sign up for a pre-registration via Romero’s website. They will be notified when the tickets are available.
The DJ broke through in 2012 with his single Toulouse. That same year he entered the DJ Mag Top 100 at 17th place, the highest entry in the list ever. His biggest hit I Could Be the One he made together with Avicii.
