Nick Mason is one of the founders of the most commercially successful and influential rock band “Pink Floyd”. The band’s story begins with a friendship between Nick Mason and Roger Waters when the musicians met in 1963 while studying at the University of London. Nick Mason was the longest-running Pink Floyd member and drummer, and co-author of many of the band’s legendary songs Time, One Of These Days, Careful With That Ax, Eugene and Echoes.
In 2018, Nick Mason formed Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets with guitarist Lee Harris. They were soon joined by guitarist and singer Gary Kemp, bassist Guy Pratt, and keyboardist and composer Dom Becken. According to the artist himself, they did not initially try to form a Pink Floyd group. The goal was to give fans an authentic Pink Floyd experience by playing early music material from 1965-1972. years.
