Nick Cave sings songs from new album “Wild God”
Nick Cave sings songs from his new album “Wild God”. With euphoric gospel and impressive orchestra, the audience can see Cave’s pain and feel how he deals with loss and grief.
In 2015, his 15-year-old son Arthur fell off a cliff while high on LSD and died. In 2022, his 31-year-old son Jethro, who suffered from schizophrenia, also died, presumably due to a drug overdose.
Pieces like “Joy”, “Conversion”, “Wild God”, “Frogs” and “Long Dark Night” are most likely part of the approximately 2.5 hour show.
