Nicholas Sean’s Ultimatum when Ayu Thalia Shouts Persecution

Nicholas Sean Purnama, son of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) is reported as a celebrity Ayu Thalia | on suspicion of assault. Sean’s party gave Ayu Thalia an ultimatum to apologize if the allegations were not proven.

Report from Ayu Thalia | it was posted at the Penjaringan Police. Ayu reported Sean for alleged violations of actions in Article 351 of the Criminal Code regarding persecution.

Sean’s lawyer, Ahmad Ramzy, denied that his client had committed the mistreatment alleged by Ayu Thalia. He also urged the police to check the CCTV at the scene.

“The police can check CCTV because it happened in Rudi Salim’s showroom (the location of the incident). It happened Friday (27/8) night but don’t know what time it is,” said Ramzy at Polda Metro Jaya, Jakarta, Tuesday (31/8/2021).

Ramzy says Sean Purnama and Ayu Thalia | did meet on Friday (27/8) night and got into an argument in the car. However, he denied that Sean made physical contact with Ayu Thalia.

“I don’t know how their story is that they are in one location, which is clear in Sean’s car and Sean said to tell Thalia to get out. There was an argument asking them to get out but they were never pushed or physically touched,” said Ramzy.

Ramzy has received a message from Sean Purnama calling the report from Ayu Thalia as slander. Sean demanded that Ayu Thalia apologize within the next 24 hours.

“I ask AT to apologize for slandering me and my family. If within 24 hours there is no good faith apology, then I will take this matter to court,” said Ramzy reading Sean’s message.

Ramzy added that his party had pocketed a number of evidences to report back to Ayu Thalia. However, he is still reluctant to reveal the evidence.

“There is (evidence) but we can’t convey it here. We have pocketed it, so we can deny what he is accused of,” explained Ramzy.
