The piadina? A flat, unleavened bread made from flour and water, topped with Italian treasures that will take you on a journey in one bite. For example, trim level: squacquerone (a creamy fresh cheese from Emilia-Romagna), ham melting and tasty, and fresh arugula which crunches in the teeth. All washed down witha drizzle of homemade lemon oilfor a touch of freshness. Simple, but devilishly effective.
