As a Store Manager, you will ensure the operational management of the point of sale, lead your team and contribute to the development of turnover by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reception and Customer Service

Greet each customer personally when you arrive at the store and ensure a smooth experience until you pay.

Promote the company’s commercial policy and maintain the quality of store presentation and merchandising.

Manage the product offer according to the specifications of the point of sale (animation, new products, removal of references) and ensure that the presentation is according to regulations.

Ensure quality advice by sharing your product knowledge with the team to better guide customers and increase sales.

Improve sales through proactive initiatives (listening to customers, highlighting products, targeted promotions) taking into account local competition.
Management
-
Key management tools and participation in cash operations (opening, closing, asset management).

Manage product orders according to the needs of the point of sale and promotional campaigns.

Overseeing reception, control and delivery shelves, ensuring stock distribution to avoid shortages.

Be accountable for investments: analyze the results, propose corrective action plans, and submit them to your superior for approval.

Maintain the activity log, monitor management indicators and recommend corrective actions if there are budget discrepancies.
Technique

Ensuring the safety of goods and people in the store.

Monitor the correct operation of technical equipment and organize maintenance interventions if necessary.

Monitor the interventions of technical service providers and contact your line manager if there is a persistent problem.

Handling calls from the inspection company, traveling if necessary to inspect store security.
Management

Motivate, lead and unite the team around performance goals and company values.

Involve your salesperson in decisions and their advocacy.

Implementation and enforcement of procedures and techniques.

Ensure that employees have ongoing training on the brand’s products, procedures and values.

Set clear goals and evaluate the performance of each team member, proactively delegating and monitoring tasks.

Recommend skills development activities and, if necessary, internal incentives.

Manage HR formalities, verification of attendance hours and team salary elements.
Organization
-
Plan the team’s work fairly, taking into account user flow, commercial events, and social legislation.

Guarantee the organization of investments, active participation in their progress, and ensure the flexibility of the team.

Monitor the management of absence requests and submit verified requests for approval.

Ensure compliance with legal obligations: maintain employee records, regulatory postings, and monitor occupational health inspections.
Experience and profile wanted
-
Experience: 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar environment, including mastery of a technical product (eg vape, technology).

Education: Baccalaureate +2 Diploma in commerce or equivalent.

SKILLS:

In-depth knowledge of vaping systems and related products.

Excellent crisis management and team management skills.

Fluency in other languages is an asset, especially in a multilingual environment.
