Hockey players from Tampa Bay with Slovak defender Erik Černák advanced to the semifinals of the NHL playoffs. In the fifth duel of the Central Division final, they won 2: 0 on Carolina’s ice on Wednesday night and triumphed 4: 1 in matches throughout the series. In the Western Division final, the Vegas players succeeded in the fifth game on the Colorado Ice 3: 2 after extra time and lead the series 3: 2.

Tampa was sent to Carolina’s lead on the ice in the 25th minute in the Brayden Point power play, with rookie Ross Colton securing her triumph in the third period. “Lightning” could again rely on the great Andrei Vasilevsky, the Russian goalkeeper neutralized all 29 shots of the opponent. Erik Černák played for Lightning 21:43 min, sent two shots on goal Hurricanes, handed out three points and scored a plus point.
