The Columbus Blue Jackets lost 4-1 on the road to the Tampa Bay Lightning. The Toronto Maple Leafs lost 3-1 to the New York Rangers. The New Jersey Devils lost 2-1 at home to the Philadelphia Flyers. The LA Kings won 3-2 on the road against the Boston Bruins.
The game was 1-1 after 40 minutes, Tampa decided with three goals from Brayden Point (50′) and a brace from Brandon Hagel (54’/58′).
Tim Berni had the most ice time of Columbus defensemen with 21:42, allowed a penalty in the opening period, shot on goal, made four checks, blocked a shot, and finished the game with a neutral record.
