NHL 21: Alex Ovechkin will be on the cover

Famous Washington Capitals forward Alex Ovechkin to appear on video game cover NHL 21, EA Sports announced Monday.

A first trailer has been unveiled and it suggests new features in the “Become Pro” mode, which could offer an immersion similar to what we find in the NBA 2K game, with cutscenes and a story around of the player.

Last year, Toronto Maple Leafs maverick Auston Matthews was chosen for the game’s cover. NHL 20.

Instead of hitting shelves in September, NHL 21 will be released on October 16 this year due to the trouble caused by COVID-19.
