NHKは8日、2019年4月から『みいつけた！』に登場した4代目スイちゃん（増田梨沙）が、29日午後7時放送のスペシャル放送をもって卒業すると発表した。5年にわたり出演してきた4代目スイちゃん、コッシー（声：高橋茂雄）、サボさん（佐藤貴史）、オフロスキー、スペシャルゲストが登場する。

スペシャル放送について、同局は「番組ではこれまでの放送の中から、もう一度見たいスイちゃんのお話や歌のリクエストを視聴者のみなさんから募集し、感謝を込めたリクエストスペシャルとしてお届けします！今よりもずっと幼い印象だったスイちゃんから、少しおねえさんになったスイちゃんまで、いろんなスイちゃんをたっぷりと見届ける55分です」と伝えている。
