The lawyer of Hotman Paris said that this incident took place in 2023. The perpetrators allegedly committed rape every month during that year.

Hotman said the two victims were approached by their caregivers. According to Hotman, the fathers of the two victims have died, while the mothers are in an unhealthy state or slightly delayed.

“Rape by 13 people for a whole year taking turns, raped again and again almost every month, there was even one rapist who raped those two girls,” Hotman Paris said detikcomSaturday (19/10).

The method of rape was that the perpetrator invited the victim to his house. Then, the victim was fed alcohol, swallowed and forced to have sex.

“Slapped and drunk, even the perpetrator of this crime who raped the two girls. Both of them were still underage,” said Hotman.

He said the accused also threatened to release the sex video to control the victim. DSA and KSH’s father is deceased, while their mother has special needs.

“It just so happens that his father has passed away, and coincidentally, I’m sorry, his mother also has special needs and is abused,” he said.

Hotman said DSA had fathered a child from one of the perpetrators. He said that DSA was also forced to agree to the serial marriage.

“Finally, after a year of being forced, I was told to marry someone, give birth, and now she even has a child,” Hotman said.

“So pretending to have an unregistered marriage with one person who committed the crime is not taken into account, you know,” he said.

Hotman asked the police to solve the case. He also asked the elected President, Prabowo Subianto, to pay attention to the matter.

“A report was made to the Police of Purworejo, Central Java, in June 2024 but no progress was made. We request the attention of every legal officer in this country including Mr. Prabowo, President-elect, Mr. Central Java Regional Police Chief, Propam Central Java Chief, Mr. Purworejo said to resolve this issue,” said Hotman.

“But there seems to be a lot here, city officials and small town people who are trying to cover it up. This is a real national scandal, please immediately, Mr. Chief of National Police, Chief of Central Java Regional Police, and Chief of Propam , contact the Chief of Police immediately, what is going on,” he said. .

At the same time, DSA admitted that he only knew two of the 13 people who committed the crime. He said there was only 1 suspect who was a minor and the other 12 were adults.
