One thing is certain: San Francisco is going into the duel with the Rams in a very weakened state. Running back Christian McCaffrey (28) is still missing from the offensive. Star receiver Deebo Samuel (28) was also injured against the Vikings (17:23) – he will not be available to the 49ers in the coming weeks due to a calf injury.
