NFL professional Jakob Johnson from the New England Patriots is remembering his Swabian roots in the USA and is extra economical.
Stuttgart – Football professional Jakob Johnson (26) is helped by his Swabian roots in the NFL.

The native of Stuttgart was a guest at the ZDF’s “Current Sports Studio” on Saturday evening.
“We work very hard and don’t take any free time,” said Johnson, referring to the adage “create, create, house”.
His girlfriend, an American, also often reminds him of another quality. “I’m a bit extra frugal and try to avoid large expenses. I think the Swabian will get through there.”
Jakob Johnson has his second NFL season with the New England Patriots, where he plays in the position of fullback. However, the team missed the playoffs this time.
In September, however, he was able to celebrate his personally greatest sporting moment so far when he caught the first NFL touchdown of his career in the game against the Seattle Seahawks.

It was only the second ever touchdown by a German in the strongest football league in the world and the first by an offensive player.
