Thanks to Cincinnati’s victory over the Baltimore Ravens, the Los Angeles Chargers secured fifth place before entering the game against the Broncos.

NFC Playoffs

Everything is wide open in the NFC with the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks battling it out for a wild card spot as the Philadelphia Eagles look to secure the first pick.

The Eagles can secure first place in the conference with a win over the New York Giants. Losing Philadelphia would give the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys an opportunity to overtake Philadelphia in the standings and gain home advantage in the postseason.

The 49ers and Cowboys face the Arizona Cardinals and Washington Commanders, respectively, in Week 18. If both the 49ers and Cowboys finish the season with 13-4 records, San Francisco will take precedence due to its better winning percentage in game conference.

Meanwhile, Green Bay can move up to No. 7 with a win over Detroit on Sunday Night Football. The Lions need a win over the Packers at Lambeau Field and a Seattle loss to the Los Angeles Rams to qualify.
