San Francisco 49ers at Los Angeles Rams 24:27
Without the injured offensive stars Christian McCaffrey, Deebo Samuel and George Kittle, the San Francisco 49ers squandered a 21:7 lead in the third quarter against the Los Angeles Rams. For a long time, the 49ers looked like the sure winners, but in the last quarter, the Rams turned the game around with quarterback Matthew Stafford (221 yards, one touchdown), who was outstanding in the final phase.
The Rams scored 13 points in the last six minutes of the game. Kicker Joshua Karty scored first, then Kyren Williams equalized with a touchdown. In the end, it was kicker Karty again who scored the winning goal with two seconds left in an extremely exciting game.
The defeat was particularly bitter for 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (292 yards, three touchdowns, 0 interceptions), who, like receiver Jauan Jennings (175 yards, three touchdowns), played an outstanding game but could not prevent the defeat.

The most important things in brief
Both teams are now on a record of 1-2.
Baltimore Ravens at Dallas Cowboys 28:25
A liberating blow for the Baltimore Ravens! After two defeats at the start of the season, the Maryland franchise achieved its first win of the season in Dallas – but it was hard-fought!
The Dallas Cowboys seemed to have no chance for long stretches and were booed by their own fans at times. A comeback seemed out of the question, as the Cowboys were trailing 6:28 at the start of the last quarter.
A touchdown by CeeDee Lamb brought Dallas within 16 points, and head coach Mike McCarthy’s team was suddenly back on track. After a successful onside kick, receiver Jalen Tolbert scored the next touchdown. However, the two-point conversion failed, leaving Dallas with a ten-point deficit with seven minutes to go.
In fact, a little later, KaVontae Turpin caught another pass from quarterback Dak Prescott (379 yards, two touchdowns, 0 interceptions), and the Cowboys came within three points with just under three minutes to go.

However, the crazy comeback was not crowned, the Ravens around quarterback Lamar Jackson (182 yards, one touchdown, 0 interceptions) brought home the narrow victory.
Detroit Lions at Arizona Cardinals 20:13
In the second quarter, Amon-Ra St. Brown had his big moment: First, the German-American receiver of the Detroit Lions carried a pass from Jared Goff for a touchdown. A little later, he caught another pass from the quarterback, but then passed the ball backwards to Jahmyr Gibbs, who ran into the end zone for the next touchdown.
At halftime, the Lions were leading 20-10 against the Arizona Cardinals and had the game under control. There were no points at all for a long time in the third and fourth quarters before kicker Matt Prater brought the Cardinals back within one score with a field goal against his former team.
The Lions didn’t let anything happen and brought home their second win of the season.

Miami Dolphins at Seattle Seahawks 3:24

The Seahawks had little trouble against the harmless Dolphins, with quarterback Geno Smith (289 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions) only providing an average performance to lead his team to victory.
The struggling Dolphins are now 1-2, while the Seahawks improved to 2-1.

Carolina Panthers at Las Vegas Raiders 36:22
After the Denver Broncos and the New York Giants celebrated their first win in the early slot, the Carolina Panthers were also able to surprise with their first win late in the evening. This was primarily due to quarterback Andy Dalton, who took over for the demoted Bryce Young at the Panthers and put in an outstanding performance.
“The Red Rifle” collected 319 passing yards, threw three touchdown passes and had no interceptions. His counterpart Gardner Minshew (214 yards, one touchdown, one interception) could not keep up. The Raiders quarterback was replaced in the last quarter by Adam O’Connell, who managed a TD pass but was unable to initiate the turnaround.
