In the past six years that Neymar spent at Paris Saint-Germain, there was often a lot going on in the 31-year-old’s party room.
“It was chaos. We heard women screaming in Portuguese as they popped the corks,” a former Parisian neighbor told Le Parisien. “He had big projectors that lit everything up in the middle of the night. Every weekend we celebrated until four o’clock, especially on game days in the summer. The music was so loud that I had the feeling that the party was inside me Living room.”
Police visits obviously had no calming effect on the parties. After a fine was paid, things went uphill again among the party-loving guests. “We’re glad he’s gone,” says the anonymous ex-neighbor. Another offense means nothing comes to Neymar.
The superstar simply brought a bit of life into the neighborhood, says another, who only complains about one detail: “I would have liked to have been invited too.” There were parties, of course. But these always ended “relatively early”.
