Figure that usually generate controversy, Neymar da Silva Santos, father of striker Neymar Jr., is being sued by a client, whose name was not revealed, after reporting a construction company defaulting. After all, the public servant claimed, when filing a lawsuit for moral and material damages in court, that he had links with the company Sculp, as a kind of poster boy. According to the woman, he himself had been part of meetings regarding the sale of properties by the company, and was also responsible for the default.
In fact, as a result of this, the client demands a refund of R$260,000, in addition to compensation for the inconvenience caused. Despite the case becoming public, the father of the number 10 of the Brazilian team has not yet commented and should plan his defense in the coming days. By the way, there is still no date for the trial to take place. Time will allow both sides to gather evidence.

The construction company Sculp Construtora Praia Grande is currently in judicial recovery. In other words, a kind of tool to avoid company bankruptcy. The company began its activities in 2013 and, since then, it has delivered only three projects, with eight in progress, yet to be completed. However, of this total, four should have already been delivered up to a year ago. The multinational, in turn, claims that the breach of contracts is due to the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
