Next year there could be a 2-in-1 election –

/ world today news/ 2014 was an extremely stormy year and all the plots that had been accumulating since February 2013 were resolved.

The only party that managed to fulfill its plan during the year is DPS. Next year there may be 2 in 1 elections. Sociologist Andrey Raichev stated this in an interview for BNR.

“The BSP failed to fulfill its plan. The BSP had illusions about a long mandate. Mr. Stanishev even asked to become prime minister, nothing of that happened and they are a deaf opposition at the moment. GERB did not fulfill its plan in any way – in the sense that he won, but there was no such broad coalition, no such strange formula, that was not the plan of GERB a year decided to turn to the left and to fix their relations with the Americans and with Turkey A big chance is that the nation is listening to them now. They are not big enough to impose any plan on the country fulfilled their personal plan. ABV narrowly survived,” commented the sociologist.

Regarding events surrounding Nikolay Barekov’s party, Raichev commented: “Barekov reads what the crowd’s lips say quietly and says it loudly. This was Barekov’s technique. This is a typical classic marketing-political project. The place of such a project is not political , but socially. There are people who tend to like such a person and vote for him. It was not a bought vote or anything like that. It was a show that got its applause and at the moment it has lost its meaning”.

Andrey Raichev predicts: “The likely winner of the local elections is GERB. They have very well-developed structures. While BSP must play not to suffer a big defeat. GERB themselves may be tempted to make elections 2 in 1. With a good victory in the local elections , this will lead to a good victory for the parliamentarians. The second option is if the DPS shakes the tree. The Patriotic Front does not hold up well is experiencing some difficulties”.
