Next year, the minimum wage will significantly increase by CZK 1,900 to CZK 20,800 per month, the government approved in a regulation

The government approved the regulation on the coefficient for calculating the minimum wage in 2025 and 2026, which sets one of the key parameters of the minimum wage valorization mechanism. Based on this regulation, its amount will be around 42.2% of the average wage in 2025 and 43.4% of the average wage in 2026.
