Next year the group “Imagine Dragons” will perform on Mežaparks Grand Stage
Riga, Nov. 1, LETA. The US band Imagine Dragons will perform on the Grand Stage of Mežaparks during the world concert tour “Mercury World Tour” on June 1 next year, Positivus Press informed LETA.
Tickets for a lower price will be available from November 5 at 10 am in the “Biļešu servisa” network. Members of the First Baltic International (FBI) and Positivus Festival Concert Club will be able to purchase tickets in advance from November 3 at 10 am, using a code that will be sent to registered users.
Positivus Press stressed that the group “Imagine Dragons” has proven itself as one of the strongest concert groups. The association’s concerts are like a musical adventure, where rock music meets elements of hip-hop, folk music and electronics.
The band has received 53 prestigious music awards and 160 nominations for five albums. Imagine Dragons have also won three American Music Awards, nine Billboard Music Awards, a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance, an MTV Video Music Award, and a World Music Award for Best Rock Music. group.
In 2014, the band was nominated for fourteen Billboard Music Awards, including winning the Best Band of the Year category, and in 2018, eleven Billboard Music Awards for Best Album of the Year.
