MAPAY BANDUNG – Electronics company Xiaomi Corp. plans to launch a new tablet called Xiaomi Pad 5, starting Thursday 23 September 2021, next week.
Xiaomi The Pad 5 itself was previously introduced in China last month and got a pretty good response from the community.
The 11-inch wide tablet is priced at IDR 5,439,359. However, according to Xiaomi Corp. the tablet just reached South Korea and not yet marketed in Indonesia.
Launched Xiaomi Pad 5 itself is the first time since 2014 Xiaomi released a new tablet product in South Korea.

The company said that the launch of the new product in the Ginseng Country was in order to meet the increasing demand for IT devices amid the trend of staying at home caused by the pandemic.
In this case, the Pad 5, featuring an 11-inch display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, is powered by a 7-nanometer Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor and packs an 8,720mAh battery. The new tablet has an 8-megapixel front camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera.
It comes with a Smart Pen, which allows users to take notes or take screenshots with its function keys.
