Weather: NEXT WEEK, Monday with bad weather and SNOW, then lots of News! The Trend
Next week with surprisesThis first part of winter it’s not making us bored at all on the weather front with sudden changes in the weather, from one extreme to the other: from snowfall up to the plain in the anomalous heat and out of season. The cause is to be found in the imposing ones meridian exchanges, that is, those movements of air masses that plow the oceans and continents, affecting the time also on Italy.
Well also the trend for the next week confirms this atmospheric variability: after a start with bad weather and snow, in the following days there will be many waiting for us Announcements.
The week will open Monday 10 January with the risk of heavy rainfall in the Central South regions due to a cyclonic vortex then moving away towards the Aegean Sea. They will still be possible thunderstorms kind on Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata and Calabria with snowfall on inland areas starting from 400 meters above sea level. Between afternoon and evening there will be rains also on Campania and Sicily accompanied by strong gusts of Tramontana that will exacerbate the feeling of cold even more.
Then here’s the real one Announcements: broadening our gaze to the whole European framework we can see how theanticyclone of the Azores it will return to embrace the old continent, putting the winter on hold again.
The maximum pressure will tend to be located between the Iberian Peninsula, the British Isles and France during the week, guaranteeing greater atmospheric stability and temperatures that are anything but cold.
It’s Italy? Our country will come to find itself a bit ai margins or rather on the border line. In fact, much of the Center-North and Sardinia will benefit from the anticyclonic shield with more sunny spaces, albeit with rather cold temperatures during the night. Currents from the north and north / east descending from north-eastern Europe will continue to flow on the Adriatic and Southern regions where there will also be some occasional showers, with snowfalls up to hilly altitudes.
L’last surprise it could then relate to the final part of the week, when significantly colder air masses descending from the Arctic Circle they could drop in latitude, also aiming at the Mediterranean basin and generating a new phase of winter bad weather.
On this, however, we will be able to return in the next few days.
