Nexa spoke about degster’s problems

G2 Esports CS2 player Nemanja nexa Isakovic shared his opinion about his former teammate Abdul degster Gasanov. In a conversation with analyst Duncan Thorin Shields, he pointed out a number of problems with the Russian sniper that make it difficult for the team to work with him.

In my opinion, degster is very difficult to work with. He’s definitely very good as an individual, but he needs things to be his way. At the same time, he takes away space from everyone on the team and does not treat this with gratitude, and blames the others for all mistakes. I would say he has a very big ego. And this is normal if it is justified by the relevant statistics, and the player really helps the team win. It seems to me that degster gains its numbers at the expense of others. Yes, of course, sometimes he can show something incredible – for example, take a 1v4 clutch – he is really good individually, but his playstyle is unlikely to be beneficial to any team. To all this, degster is very stubborn, he is not ready to change, adapt or move away from his view of the game.

However, I still think he is a great player. If he tries to look at the game from another point of view, not just his own; if he has a captain who refuses to tolerate his antics and demands unquestioning execution of commands, then he can definitely become a very strong player.

Degster and nexa represented OG together from June 2022 to February 2023. The team took 3-4 places at BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 and BLAST Premier: World Final 2022, and also performed at IEM Rio Major 2022. Before that, Gasanov played in ESPADA and Team Spirit.
