Érick Jacquin published a video in which he appears soaped and bathing on his Instagram this Sunday, the 30th. The joke was made after a statement by the MasterChef jury about his hygiene habits, in an interview with Flow Podcast on Thursday, the 27th, when he said no he brushed his teeth “never” and wouldn’t even have the habit of taking a shower.
“Is that enough for you? Tomorrow I’ll brush my teeth!”, joked Jacquin in the caption of the publication.
The conversation on the podcast also featured French-born Paul Cabannes. He commented that, when he came to live in Brazil, he started to take his toothbrush with him when he left home to use it in public places.
Jacquin then countered: “In my restaurant, no [se escova os dentes]! Because the food is good. The guy who will pay ‘500 dick’ [sic] pra comer no President [seu restaurante]after a minute he eats, go to the bathroom and brush his teeth… He’s an idiot”.
“I never brush my teeth. I don’t like to brush my teeth, I don’t brush my teeth, I don’t ‘stink’ [sic] in my mouth, my teeth are beautiful, whole”, concluded the MasterChef jury, who also highlighted that he considers a place that has mouthwash in its bathroom for customers to be a “bad restaurant”.
