The Pinto City Council, through the Family Department headed by the Third Deputy Mayor, María Jesús Castro, responsible for the Training and Employment Area, promotes free training in digital skills for the women of Pinto.
It does so in collaboration with the Community of Madrid and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, financed with European funds Next Generation, within the project ‘Digital women’which includes free courses from the Universidad Empresa Foundation for women in the Community of Madrid in digital skills.
In this case it is the workshop titled: ‘Digital women: Introduction to Spreadsheets Course, whose registrations are still open and which will be taught from April 17 to 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Federico García Lorca Center. They are official courses of 40 hours each and after completing them you will obtain an accreditation diploma and 15 ECTS credits.
The objective is that all those women interested in increasing their knowledge in the digital environment can expand and complement their training thanks to these courses, taught by professionals.
Knowledge in the use of spreadsheets is essential when applying any mathematical process to the company or other field. A tool that also encourages entrepreneurship among women in the city.
