News, Stabbing | Man taken to hospital after stabbing – police are hunting perpetrators

The police went to a private address in Løvenstad in Rælingen late on Friday evening after a report of a man in his 50s who had allegedly been stabbed.

The police received a report about the incident shortly after 11 p.m.

– The victim has been transported to Ullevål hospital. The extent of the damage is currently unknown, says operations manager in the East police district, Finn Håvard Aas.

The operations manager states that the victim was conscious when he was taken away by ambulance.

– The police have spoken to him. He has explained that there must have been two perpetrators, says Aas.

No one has yet been arrested, and the police searched for the perpetrators on Friday evening without success.

– Activity at the site has been reduced and there is no active search now, Aas informs RB at 00.40.

The operations manager states that the police believe that the stabbing must have taken place indoors at a private address.
