Man racially insulted and beaten

An unknown person racially insulted and hit a man (22) on Saturday night. The police are looking for witnesses.
The 22-year-old was walking on Pfarrgasse at the corner of Dr.-Külz-Ring when the stranger suddenly racially insulted him and approached him threateningly. The man pushed the attacker away, who hit and injured him. As passers-by approached the crime scene, the stranger let go and walked away.
The 22-year-old Vietnamese then drove to a clinic, where he received medical care. On Monday evening he reported the crime to a police station.
The attacker was about 1.80 meters tall and between 25 and 30 years old. He was stout and wore his hair cut short. He was dressed in blue jeans, a T-shirt and sneakers. He spoke in a native dialect.
The state protection of the Dresden police is investigating and looking for witnesses who can provide information about the unknown and the course of events. The Dresden police department takes tips on (0351) 483 22 33. (uh)
Alleged thief caught

Dresden police officers are investigating a man (26) for robbery.
The employee (42) of a shop near the Altmarkt noticed how the 26-year-old put two T-shirts and a sweater in his pocket and left the shop without paying. When he spoke to the man, he tried to flee. The 42-year-old held the alleged thief. A fight ensued, in which both men suffered minor injuries. Alarmed police officers brought the 26-year-old Syrian under control and into custody. (uh)
Woman molested – witnesses wanted

A woman (22) was harassed on a number 11 bus on Monday.
The 22-year-old sat in the replacement bus in the direction of the center. At the “Waldschlösschenbrücke” stop, an older man got on and sat down next to her. He spoke to her and touched her immorally, whereupon the woman got off at the next stop. The man drove on. He had short brown hair and was wearing short jeans and a shirt.

youngsters attacked

Place: Dresden-Äußere Neustadt
On the night of Tuesday, a youth (17) was robbed and a 16-year-old injured on Alaunplatz.
The two were in the square with other youths when a second group of about 15 youths arrived and an argument began. There were arguments in which bottles were thrown. A bottle hit the 16-year-old and slightly injured him. Several of the strangers wanted to snatch the bag from the 17-year-old, which he was able to prevent. After being threatened, he handed over two beer bottles and a pack of cigarettes and fled.

Blown up cigarette machine

On Tuesday night, strangers damaged a cigarette machine on Uhlandstrasse and stole tobacco products and money.
The perpetrators blew up the machine in an as yet unknown manner. This was completely destroyed. The suspects stole an unknown number of packets of cigarettes and cash of unknown value. The property damage has not yet been quantified. The criminal police are investigating the cause of an explosives explosion. (left to right)
Laptops stolen from car

Unknown persons stole two laptops from a VW Passat in a parking lot on Peschelstrasse. The perpetrators opened the trunk in an unknown way and stole the two computers with a total value of around 2,000 euros. Apparently there was no property damage. (uh)

Unknown persons broke into a kiosk on Riesaer Strasse on Monday night.
The unknown perpetrators levered open the door and thus gained access to the bar. They stole cash and a backpack with a total value of around 400 euros. There was property damage of around 100 euros. (fr)

Cyclist fell under the influence of alcohol

A cyclist (39) was slightly injured in an accident on Monday afternoon. He was under the influence of alcohol.
The man was walking on Rusty Road and fell. During the accident recording, the officials found that he was about 2.8 per thousand under the influence of alcohol. They arranged for blood to be drawn and filed a drunk driving report. (left to right)

Unknown persons stole two construction machines from a company site on Dresdner Strasse. According to the current state of investigation, they stole a vibrating plate and a trench roller. They also damaged a fence. The total damage is about 7,500 euros. (rr)

The driver (35) of a Toyota Yaris was on the wrong track towards Görzig. Shortly before the Alte Salzstraße intersection, an Opel Astra (driver 19) came towards her. The vehicles collided in a tight bend. (rr)

Motorcyclist slightly injured

A motorcyclist (35) was slightly injured in an accident on Tuesday morning.
The driver (59) of a DAF was on the way to Babisnau on the Alter Postweg. When turning left into Teichweg, he collided with the 35-year-old, who overtook him. The property damage amounts to around 4,500 euros. (rr)

Unknown people stole two bicycles in Pirna. The bicycle thieves failed with a third bicycle.

Pedestrians are forbidden on the hard shoulder of the motorway

Police officers from the highway police safely brought a pedestrian (34) from the A17 in a patrol car.
Several witnesses informed the police that a man was walking on the hard shoulder of the motorway between the Coschütz tunnel and the Dresden-Prohlis exit.
A warning message was immediately sent via the traffic warning service of the Saxony police. At the same time, a patrol car team started and discovered the 34-year-old a short time later. The officials explained to the man that it is forbidden to walk on the freeway. This was intended to run as far as the Czech Republic.
According to the StVO, pedestrians are not allowed to enter the Autobahn. This includes the hard shoulder. (rr)

Police officers from the highway police stopped a driver (33) on Monday night who had been driving on the A 4 under the influence of alcohol.
The 33-year-old was driving an Audi A4 in the direction of Chemnitz and was checked at the Dresdner Tor service area. The officials found that he was under the influence of alcohol with around 1.2 per mille. The Ukrainian had to leave the car and accompany the officers to the blood draw. They secured his driver’s license and filed a report for drunk driving. (left to right)
