Alternative control measures against the oak processionary moth

As an alternative biological control method against the oak processionary moth (EPS, Thaumetopoea processionea), the Center for Forest and Timber Management in North Rhine-Westphalia is investigating the suitability of tits as predators of the EPS caterpillars and the use of a biotechnical process with sex attractants.
