News 5: New credit overview on Reinvest24
During my monthly closure, I noticed a nice innovation on Reinvest24 * that I had missed. Maybe you too? In particular, the project overview was improved and the secondary market was also integrated. This has already been extensively updated and has now merged into other parts of the website as well. With your investments, you can now see at a glance what is offered for the corresponding loan or its side projects (phases). All news is also available at a glance.
On the payment plan page you can now also check the various stages to see how the payment behavior is for the corresponding projects in order to make the right decisions. All in all, the Tallinn real estate platform has developed well this year, although it is still not reflected in my earnings. But this is because I have / have been invested mainly in rental projects, which have a different yield than real estate loans, some of which are well over 10%.
